Terms of service

Inventory CRM is an online inventory, sales and CRM system provided by Inventory CRM. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them, and keeping passwords private. Tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.

New accounts get a free trial. After it ends you need a paid plan to keep adding or changing records; your data stays readable and exportable.

Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in Philippine pesos. Unpaid accounts become read-only 7 days after the due date and may be closed after 90 days, after notice by email.

Your business data belongs to you. We only use it to run the service for you. You can export it at any time from Import & Export.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you enter, including the personal data of your clients and staff.

Do not use the service to break the law, to send spam, or to try to reach another business’s data. We may suspend accounts that do.

We work to keep the service available and backed up, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.

We may update these terms and will email account owners about important changes. Questions: support@example.com.
